How to prevent applications from closing on MacOS in lock screen mode?

Hello.
I want to move away from the computer, I click Lock screen in the Main menu.
I come, I enter the password, some applications that can be closed without user confirmation are closed, some applications with windows "Do you really want to close the program?".
How can I disable this OS behavior?
