How to solve encoding problems in VBA when working on win and on mac?

I have an excel file with VBA macros. The file was originally developed for windows. After I opened this file on a poppy and saved it, I got abra-kadabra in the code, where there were Russian characters. Naturally, the code came to a workable state. Once I went through the whole thing and saved the code in a txt file, but when this happened again when inserting the code from the file, question marks are put instead of Russian.

Since the code analyzes SMS, the Russian language is indispensable. I hope someone knows how to resolve this situation?
