FTP connection encoding in Finder

Does anyone know where it can be asked?

(I have an FTP server on Windows, and, accordingly, with the default settings, Finder with Windows Cyrillic does not want to work by any means.)

I tried using separate FTP clients and setting the encoding there (everything happens on the same Mac) - everything works fine, Windows folders with Russian names are displayed correctly. But I would like just such a convenient “mounting” of an FTP connection into the system, as the Finder does. :)
