What to do about flickering on scroll in PyCharm?

The problem that has been pissing me off for the past few months and which I can’t overcome in any way is the flickering of the screen (or rather the code editor) when scrolling in the PyCharm 4.5 IDE
. Sometimes flickers, sometimes not, but always it is related to scrolling through the code. Again, sometimes resizing the editor window helps, but not for long.
Couldn't find a solution on the internet.
The problem only affects the system on the iMac 27'', neither on the MacBook Pro, nor on Windows, this happens. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

I have no such problem on iMac 27-inch, Late 2012 i5 3.2 Ghz. Does other software behave normally for you? Maybe with a video?
