How to prevent a domain from being blacklisted?
I am offered to send an email to the clients of my site. Naturally, the letter will contain a link not to my site, but to a partner site. I'm afraid that because of this, my domain may be blacklisted. How to check a partner, how to organize a mailing list? Maybe there are already authoritative articles on this topic?

Do not send customers what they do not ask for and everything will be fine!
Indeed, if you did not subscribe, sending letters is spam. But you will do it anyway... Do it like a human being:
+ write to your clients on your own behalf
+ casually mention partners
+ give something useful or valuable
+ give the opportunity to unsubscribe in one click
If you don’t want to get banned, send via a normal mailing service like Mailchimp. Try sending your email in small batches and look at the number of unsubscribes. If there will be a lot, try changing the content of the letter or give up the idea. If the database is large, I can advise in more detail.
