How to present educational materials on the site?

I am making a site for friends, on this site I want to present educational articles (working with online services, the simplest html, seo, etc.). I set myself the task: to make small text posts (without water), but at the same time understandable, for each "lesson" I will cling to the video I shot, which will be uploaded either on YouTube or on hosting (not the point), but what's next and how to do all this beautifully, clearly and so that my head doesn’t burst, I honestly don’t know, I would like to know advice, maybe there are people who have taken online courses or the like and you have thoughts on how to present all this (in the flesh before - how best to format the text, in which part of the text to insert this video itself, how it should all look visually on the page, you need menu blocks from "anchors" like on Wikipedia, etc.).
At the moment, I think that for "easy lessons" it would be a big plus to make infographics (which, by the way, I've never done before), but I don't know if it makes sense to bother and whether it will be of any use.
HELP!

Everything should come from real practical tasks, and division into sections, and topics, and priority of sub-topics, and for this you need to be a professional, that is, have sufficient experience in solving these very tasks, then you will understand why you can’t do a lot of free lessons and good ones.
