How to prepare for an interview for a JavaScript programmer job?
Good evening.
I will be interviewing for a JavaScript programmer soon.
In preparation, I use learn.javascript.ru resources, I took into account the article habrahabr.ru/post/76730/ , as well as the book by Lackman G. - Cracking the Coding Interview.
I want to hear your advice and opinions on preparing for an interview.

The main thing to understand is that the employer needs a specialist. You come to sell yourself, and he buys you and your time. That is, not only you are in him, but he also needs you. Any manager looks at the person first. Even if you're a 3x genius, if you're drinking 5 days a week.. he won't stupidly mess with you. A person can be taught what he does not know, but cannot be remade! =)
1. Read:
- David Flanagan. JavaScript. Detailed guide.
— Stoyan Stefanov. JavaScript. Templates.
— Douglas Crockford. JavaScript strengths.
2. Take some good project on GitHub and disassemble it.
3. Refresh some of the classics, such as Fowler and McConnell. And remember about the basic algorithms.
You just need to know and love your craft. Memorizing answers won't help you.
When a programmer is hired, there is usually already a range of tasks (because hiring requires a budget, and the budget will not be allocated just like that, and in general, if a company could buy immediately solved problems at reasonable prices, it would do it, and not hire people) and exemplary technologies (frameworks) with which he will have to work are known. And when he comes for an interview, he is definitely asked about these technologies, and also asked if he has experience in solving problems similar to those that are coming. Of course, you don’t need to lie, you need to be prepared.
show what you can do, submit a demo js 3d animation of your own production, or something like that, good luck!
PS: jquery will definitely be asked

A little bit different from programming, but it shows that sometimes you can be creative when looking for a job :-) brainstorage.me/works/38918
And I can advise only one thing here: do not be late for an interview. Being late is already a cant, which will have to be compensated by stories / showings of your skills.
