How to port aircrack-ng to android system? How to port a CLI application to Android system?

How to port aircrack-ng to the Android system: how was the apk installation file created following the example of the busybox and iptables applications from the same play market where they are located? I understand that this requires nothing at all, but since. I did not develop for android, for me it may be delayed. Who can offer: how were busybox and iptables created and placed in the play market, and what is needed to repeat their experience?
I know that the Android system is more often with an arm processor, let's say I already have programs compiled for this type of processor. I would like to have in my Android all the same programs that are on my machine, well, or some of them. It was great to have, say, git or airodump along with iw and iwconfig (which aren't there).
Is creating an apk installer the only way?Because I have a rooted device, then I guess you just need to transfer the necessary files to the necessary directories, which are registered in the variable paths. Is there really no normal console installer for the android system? How easy it would be if there was a set of apt utilities for android ...
The question is the same, I repeat: how to port an application with a console-command interface to the Android system?

The easiest way is to use a rooted phone and the wonderful Linux Deploy utility . You simply run one of the Linux desktops in a chroot environment. On x86 devices, wine works.

It will not be possible to transfer - they will not work.
Use Linux Deploy or try to compile directly on the device, you will see what is missing.
