How can I renew my Let's Encrypt certificate while excluding 1 domain name?

Hello!
I used to have 2 domain names leading to 1 and the same site. And I updated like this:
# certbot renew
Of these two names, one remains. Now this command says that it was not possible to check the second domain name and does not reissue the certificate.

Certbot keeps its configs in /etc/letsencrypt usually. Delete unnecessary domains in renewal and everything will be ok.
If everything is stored in one domain - well, then delete it and regenerate it as you need.
