How to play on one resolution and stream on another?

I play CS:GO at a resolution of 800x600, and naturally this resolution shows twitch.tv, I stream via OBS. Is there any way to change the resolution in the stream?

Only if you run two different game sessions, but the screens and actions will be different, but you need to connect a virtual monitor by running the game through VMWARE!
