What does a 2k image look like on a 4k monitor?

Greetings!
Could you share photos of monitor screens with a native resolution of 4k, if you set it to 2k? Preferably at 32". A sort of comparison - how 4k looks and how 2k looks on the same device in order to notice the difference.
The essence of the request is that I ordered a 32" 4k monitor and only then I realized to look at the video chip specs in the laptop - it can only QHD. Now I'm thinking - to refuse it until it comes, or can I live like this until I collect something that will "pull" it? Needed only for work, games are not interesting.
