How to play Gameboy Advance games?

The easiest option is through an emulator on a computer. A working and free option, but I'm interested in playing on a device with physical buttons.
Once upon a time I heard about the Dingoo A320, but since then a lot of water has flowed under the bridge, the device cannot be found now, no successors have appeared. Are there worthy and inexpensive analogues with good support for ROMs downloaded from the Internet?
Another option: buy a real Gameboy Advance (SP), add "EZ flash" to it, put ROMs on it and play. Despite its non-universality, the solution is not as cheap as we would like. The original gameboy is hard to find. Clones don't always work well with "EZ flash". And "EZ flash" itself is not easy to find these days.
PS Specifically interested in the game Pokemon FireRed.

An interesting Linux console project has appeared on Indiegogo. Zafandil and received among the first. Satisfied. A very high quality item. Recommend.
