How to pay self-employed taxes Upwork->Payoner->Russia?

I looked through the topics that I could find here / on Habré, on the Pioneer forum and there is no clarity.

In connection with the cover of payoneer cards in Russia.
I plan to do this (but haven’t done it yet):
1) I transfer from Peyonir to a ruble account,
2) in the My Tax application I make a check for a foreign company (in my bank’s application, it cannot be done for a foreign company), I specify Upwork as a counterparty.
3) I pay taxes.

Of course, it’s more direct to pay immediately from Upwork, but not at the same rate as theirs.

Does anyone else do this, does it work? Is there a better/easier option?

In my opinion, Payoneer is already de facto illegal. And trying to whitewash such income is an extra headache for yourself.
"Direct to local bank" from Upwork - really disadvantageous, because The exchange rate includes a commission of about 4-5%.
The most profitable option is Wire Transfer for $30. You make a transfer to a foreign currency account and get clean dollars, which in the future can be converted at a favorable rate or even withdrawn in cash. The larger the transfer amount, the more profitable. I save up to $3000 and then withdraw. It turns out the total commission - 1%.
