How to pass values in $1..$9 to zabbix?

There is some program for windows that sends information to the stream in the form: object1_good object2_bad object5_off , etc.
Accordingly, in Zabbix there is one data element and 8 triggers that are looking for their object ... in the data line.
The task is to make the trigger output to the panel more informative. For example, Object 5: object5_off
As I understand it, it's enough to add the $1 macro in the trigger name, but I don't understand how to do it. In the examples I saw cmd-files, but I would like to do without them using only Zabbix, if this is possible.

Wouldn't you like to make dependent data elements so that they themselves look for the necessary objects in the main data line? And each has its own trigger?
