Questions about configuring and optimizing Windows 10 LTSC?

Tools like Node.js, Python and Docker containers are forcing me to say goodbye to my favorite Windows 7 operating system. For my weak hardware, I learned how to optimize Win7 so that there were no lags at all, even games were launched.

I'm interested in:
1. Can someone tell me where to get the (verified) original iso images of Windows 10 LTSC. I do not consider the site of small-soft ones.
Perhaps there is a resource for all occasions, where a certain admin guru collects a collection of 99% of the original images.

2. Tell me a suitable and not hackneyed manul (from the same collection), according to the settings and optimization of LTSC, where there is complete isolation and a classic interface.

In general, universal advice is to install updates in a timely manner, do not install garbage, do not touch system services, do not use pirated software.

Buy an SSD and enjoy life. Most likely you have a ten-year-old HDD, on which even DOS will lag.
With an SSD, you can safely install a regular Win10 image and use it without problems. 6GB of RAM will be enough to get the job done.

It is preconfigured and optimized.
Everything else is done on a case-by-case basis.
