How to "when copying to one file" sort files in windows terminal?

There is a task to copy/merge video files into one file. There are about 300 files. When executing the "copy /b *.ts joined_files.ts" command, the files are connected according to an unimaginable sort:

media_88.ts
media_89.ts
media_9.ts
media_90.ts
media_91.ts

How can I sort by name so that the sort is in ascending order?
