How to overcome the terrible fragmentation of Kaspersky databases?

Every day or two, all Kaspersky's anti-virus databases are torn to shreds on the hard drive .

Any check of a file is excruciatingly painful for the system with terrible brakes.

What can be done to overcome this terrible fragmentation.

The defraggler has a feature: defragmentation at system startup. This often (but not always) helps in similar cases.

Buy ssd.
Allocate a separate logical drive for Kaspersky.

You just need to make an exception in the CIS for the defragmenter - do not check files that are being opened - then the self-defense of the antivirus will not interfere with defragmentation? or safemode to defrag this folder

The SysWHist folder can be cleared completely, this will not interfere with the scanner's performance.

And do not tell me the program in which you can see this data by the number of fragments?
