How to overcome the stagnation in development?

When you are just starting to get acquainted with IT, especially with programming, your eyes are burning - your hands are doing. But the N-th time passes and the passion fades away, because many things become routine, and there is less and less interest. Therefore, you begin to treat work more and more coldly, and, accordingly, the will to develop is dulled, which is the most important thing in the field of IT.
So what are the methods you use to overcome these problems and move on?
PS: I'll add that in the last year I have almost forcibly forced myself to study and work. In other words, the muse has disappeared somewhere. Although, literally two years ago, the keyboard begged for mercy, and the code flowed in kilobytes.

You should rest for a month, go somewhere, unwind, the main thing at this time is not to touch the phone or the computer, when you return, motivation will appear, it seems to me that you just drove yourself.

1) variety.
2) sports
3) about programming - find a list of tasks and get involved in solving them in order
, for example, I could not calm down until I solved all the tasks from here , then switched to more Olympiad tasks
4) professional burnout - look for books on such a request

A muse is not needed if you live with dignity and do not deny yourself anything, just work in your own mode.

To avoid boredom, automate what you already know. This is also a useful experience, plus then you don’t have to write the same thing again.

You will not force yourself to work if objectively everything suits you in life. You must either have great needs (ambitions), or you must, roughly speaking, starve.
The option that you will not do anything worthy in life is also a very real option, and not so rare)

I solved my problem of "laziness" by setting up a calendar with a busy schedule, scheduled tasks for almost every day (20-30 minutes every day of the month) and scheduling for the week ahead.
In short, the book "time management for system administrators" helped a lot. All working time is devoted to work, personal to yourself. Bottom line: the fuse of learning does not burn out and almost always there is strength for everything
in general, I advise you to read it.
