Which faculty to choose? I want to enter KRSU (in the KR, and other universities in the KR)?

IT education

I want to become a web and mobile app developer. I want to enter the university. And I have a choice of faculties:
1-Software Engineering
2-Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
Which of these departments is a good fit for IT education?
PS I understand, I myself will also learn and develop. Without this, I will never become a great programmer! And I will go to the end (I won’t just leave everything like that!! I will become a programmer!!!
Mathematics is above average. I got 116 points out of a possible 145-150 points in the ORT (Analogue of the Unified State Examination in the Kyrgyz Republic)
I know in the Kyrgyz Republic (Programming) there are several years left.
But there is no other way out.. Advise which faculty is perfect?

it doesn’t matter, look at the programs of these specialties, what kind of VR is not there

The math you'll need for complex areas like ML (that's what you call AI) or 3D graphics, any of those specialties is through the roof, look at the syllabuses and go.

Go where there is more math. I say from my own experience that you will not regret it if you are serious about learning and doing extra work.
