How to overclock xeon 3480?

Mother P55-UD3L, before that, I easily overclocked the i540 through the BIOS. Everything was fine
Xeon 3480 works only at its standard frequency of 3.06.
Any changes after reboot go into default. Does anyone know how to stir it up?
