Why amd processor not working after sleep?

Good day to all. Picked up a computer a few days ago. b550 mortar wifi motherboard, ryzen 3600 cpu, mx4 thermal paste (non-conductive), ballistix 3600 u4 ram. For several days everything worked well, I rummaged around in the BIOS and tried to change the parameters either for the processor or for the RAM. But in the end I set everything to auto, except for the memory frequency - 3600 MHz (for some reason it initially started at 2666 MHz). After that, the computer turned on, everything is as usual. Then I went to the store and turned on the sleep mode. I come - I press the power button - the computer turns on with a black screen. And I did not manage to turn it off in any way except by pressing the power supply shutdown button. After that, I turned it on (always a black screen;) and saw that the CPU led was on. All parts rearranged to understand what the problem is.
As a result - the processor does not work on other motherboards. Bios has been flashed. And the motherboard works with other processors.
Could the processor with auto parameters really fail? And could it have something to do with going to sleep?
Tell me where to dig and whether it is necessary to continue doing this at all or already buy another processor?

@xez

The processor may have failed for some other reason. If the processor does not work anywhere, and m / b works with another processor - obviously, it's in it. Submit under warranty.

nick_alt , this may be the reason, since the maximum memory frequency supported by this processor is 3200 MHz (PC4-25600).
