How to output more than 60 Hz via DP-> HDMI to the monitor?

The Dell 7060 system has two Displayport outputs, the iiyama 2483-b2 monitor has an HDMI input, I have two DP->HDMI cables (noname and baseus, declared up to 4k).

I just can’t get 1920x1080 75 Hz in the system, only 60. The monitor supports exactly the same monitor, only the b3 revision (with DP input) works at 75 Hz, but this one does not.
