Why does a black screen appear after launching a game/video on a new GTX 770 card with old hardware?

Black screen after launching a game/video on a new GTX 770 card with old hardware. Tested with 760 and this configuration, it was the same. I launch any process that affects the video adapter (even a browser) and a black screen appears with the words "No signal", after which the screen turns off and the diode blinks. If this is repeated on the second video card, then it is not the case. There is also a new 650 watt PSU. Hardware: Core i3 3.3 ghz, mat. Asus P8B75-M LE(LGA 1155, Intel B75, DVI D-SUB, Crucial 4gb*2 DDR3-1333 (pc3 10600) UDIMM 240 pin op. ohm, after adding +10 to Base Clock Offset and Memory Clock Offseteverything fell apart again. Again a black screen, again I rebooted the computer with a hard reset by holding down the power button.

maybe firewood, maybe additional power is needed, maybe child-overheating .....
in my cases there was firewood and the fact that the cooler stopped due to a broken wire

Remove any mention of nvidia and reinstall the drivers. Often, previous versions of libraries are saved that spoil life.
As an option to put a new system and see what happens.

The very first thing to do is change the way you connect your monitor. If it is VGA, then switch to DVI and vice versa.
Also among the GTX770 there is a huge number of marriages, so if switching the monitor did not help, then it is better to return it under warranty, if there is such a possibility. The most common case is a burned-out power supply - if the cooler works at maximum when this "black screen" is turned on, then wave the handle to the video card.
Good luck and I hope that it's still in the connection method.
UPD. I did not notice that the problem was observed on another video card. For some reason, the power supply is spinning before my eyes. If the PSU comes from the back alley, then it can only be written on it that there is 650W. Try installing a GT650-level video card to be sure that the problem is clearly not in the PSU. And do not forget to check the guess with the rearrangement of the monitor connection method, most likely the problem lies precisely in it.

When installing modern video cards on old motherboards, the north bridge usually overheats, after which you have to restart the PC. Install speedfun, look at the temperature readings, as a last resort, install a cooler with a radiator. If everything is in order with the bridge, a defect in the power system of the video card itself is possible.
