How to output keyword, description, title using sh404sef in custom template?

Hello. I am developing my own template. I have not yet found how to display such parameters as keyword, description, title of the sh404sef component in my own template. If anyone has come across please let me know.
The template is intended for a landing page, so I think the parameters should be taken from the "Meta data for the main page". If this is done somehow differently, I will be glad for any hint.

Place the output of joomla meta information in the template between the head tags

<jdoc:include type="head" />
</head>
