How to output articles from the database with different style?

You need to make such a grid for outputting articles from MySQL (see photo). I know how to simply display articles with 1 style, but I can’t even figure out how to do this. Through a cycle? Can anyone help or have an example?



The site is written without constructors, only using Bootstrap.

The list is divided by 3 in even there is the first cell of full height and 2 half, in odd 2 half and the last full, all this is done in-line-block and stuffed into one rows bootstrap will decompose everything itself
