Look towards Guest-portal support at points. Similar functionality is available at Ubiquity points - the so-called vouchers. When connecting to the network, the client redirects to the internal authorization portal, where you need to enter a login / password combination, or an ID that is indicated on the voucher (The system itself generates this list for you, of course, in the admin part of the portal)
