How to organize video surveillance in the house?

There are a couple of ip cameras in a private house (I take the stream from them via rtsp), for the last few years they have worked like this:
- there is windows on the PC, the ivideon server program is installed there
- both cameras are added via local ip to the ivideon server, on the side of this software there is motion recording to a PC disk
- archive viewing is available via the web or ivideon mobile client, and all this is free

Recently, ivideon decided to earn more money and now they have nothing free.
Therefore, I am looking for a similar solution, so that the recording from the cameras is stored locally and I can view this recording through a mobile client. Cloud registration is not required.
I looked at a bunch of services and did not find an analogue, everywhere they want to sell me recording to the cloud :(
In general, I am ready to pay a one-time fee for a license of such software or pay a small subscription (up to 100 rubles / month).
Advise a reliable proven solution, please.

ready-made solutions - trassir / hikvision
"on the knee" - buy a simple NAS thread from the same synology. They have a video camera module, and connect cameras there.

And the registrar did not think? It makes less noise, does not take away the resources of the computer, it is less to take a steam bath with the setting - the same browsing through the Internet without a static ip through the manufacturer's application. Hiwatch, let's say for more than 3 thousand ..
