Problem with webcam working in Linux (Raspbian)?

Good day!
I have been struggling with the settings for the second day, I can’t understand what the problem is ...
I want to connect a UVC standard webcam to Linux (Raspbian Wheezy on Raspberry). The camera starts up (mounts to /dev/video0). However, when you try to get a picture from it through any software ( fswebcam ,
mjpg-streamer), the camera sends a signal with the following content: I tried as many as three webcams (QuickCam Messenger, Microsoft LifeCam, Chinese no-name), and all have the same problem - this is the image. So it's clearly not about webcams - it's about software. What could be the matter and where to dig?
