How to organize the testing process for a novice tester?

It just so happened that I became a tester in a company where there was no QA department in principle. I myself am a novice specialist, I study everything from books and courses. But theory is one thing, and field conditions are another, where I am the main specialist.
My tasks include not only the development of tests and coverage of the product (based on CRM), but also the organization of a full-fledged testing process in the company in the future. Essentially create a QA department.
