Do freelancers need a lightweight CRM?
Good day!
Straight to the point.
I have been a freelancer for 5 years now, I have a team of freelancers, I have regular clients.
All the time jumping from different CRM to others and so on. We decided to write our own.
What he can do now:
- Clients (creating clients, personal account, ticket system for created products, periodic payments with online payment and notification date)
- Projects (a simple project page with files, messages, timeline history, tasks, chat)
- Todo ( well, everything is clear here, the general list of tasks, sorting by rights, task files, etc.)
- Landing Builder (builder bought from abroad, supplemented with its own blocks, about 100 pieces in total)
- SEO (also periodic payments to clients, removal of the main indicators of sites, statistics on Yametrica - soon we will connect seopult)
- Business IP - we connected almost Elba
So that's the question.

In Startpack, you can read more about the needs of customers in consultations, and at the same time knock on the system, suddenly your product will be added. But it is better, of course, to recruit the first customers, and ask them what they need. Maybe nothing else is needed))
1 no, I don’t see any advantages over competitors.
2 you have an extremely specific tsms I don’t need most of the functionality at all now
Read on the toaster about what kind of CRM people are looking for. Surely you will notice that the most important parameter when choosing is free. So think - can you compete with free analogues or not.
