Do freelancers need a lightweight CRM?

Good day!
Straight to the point.
I have been a freelancer for 5 years now, I have a team of freelancers, I have regular clients.
All the time jumping from different CRM to others and so on. We decided to write our own.
What he can do now:
- Clients (creating clients, personal account, ticket system for created products, periodic payments with online payment and notification date)
- Projects (a simple project page with files, messages, timeline history, tasks, chat)
- Todo ( well, everything is clear here, the general list of tasks, sorting by rights, task files, etc.)
- Landing Builder (builder bought from abroad, supplemented with its own blocks, about 100 pieces in total)
- SEO (also periodic payments to clients, removal of the main indicators of sites, statistics on Yametrica - soon we will connect seopult)
- Business IP - we connected almost Elba
So that's the question.

  1. Would you be interested in such a service on the SAAS model and with a monthly payment? Backups and encryption of course will be :)
  2. What functionality would you recommend? (for us, the main thing is simplicity and only the most necessary functions - for example, we will immediately add a function constructor)

The main idea when creating was: not to create a combine like Bitrix24 or megaplan. Just only the right things and in a simple interface

In Startpack, you can read more about the needs of customers in consultations, and at the same time knock on the system, suddenly your product will be added. But it is better, of course, to recruit the first customers, and ask them what they need. Maybe nothing else is needed))

Read on the toaster about what kind of CRM people are looking for. Surely you will notice that the most important parameter when choosing is free. So think - can you compete with free analogues or not.

entertaining. but it should be as a separate product and not as a service.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
