How to organize the page change?

How to properly organize page changes using the MVVM pattern and bindings? I can't find a good description. And the methods that I used for this in WPF in Xamarin do not work. :( Please show a working example. Only with observance of MVVM is mandatory. No handlers, only commands and bindings.
Actual!!! Please answer someone! There is not a word on the net about organizing page changes using this pattern, only handlers everywhere... :( And I really need it!
