How to organize the catalog and database for the museum?

Hello.
I am engaged in the project of the museum of computer technology and game consoles. There was a need to keep a record of the exhibits in some way, the standard google docs is no longer enough. It feels like a CMS from some online store, but there are a number of features:
The structure should be two-level, i.e. there is a main exhibit of the first level, for example, ZX Spectrum 48. It needs the following fields: photo, year of manufacture, country, price for which it was sold, category, a short description in several languages. This is all possible, in theory, any online store. But then you need to add exhibits of the second level related to the first, for example, a power supply from a computer is a separate item with its own photo and inventory number, the original packaging is also a separate exhibit.
It is also very desirable to add fields with links to media files and external resources (pdf-documents, program images, etc.) to the main exhibit.
Ideally, if the description field supports wiki markup.
This is, in general, a Wishlist, are there any more or less ready-made solutions? It is better, of course, that it be a web product that can be poured into hosting, but a desktop solution will also work.

Gallery engine, not an online store rather.
But this is for external visitors.
For myself, as an accounting system, Excel is more suitable.
