I want to create a blog, but I don't need such powerful CMS as WordPress, Drupal or Joomla
. I found lightweight CMS for the blog "Dropplets" and "Leeflets", but as I see they are not updated very actively, maybe there are paid analogues or other free ones?

In "naked" WordPress, there is nothing superfluous for a blog. Choose an easy topic and use "singing" :)
