How to optimize css for Google PageSpeed if the file is included at the bottom of the page?

Good afternoon. The site on Joomla, moved the css connection to the bottom of the page, immediately before the closing body, since the site itself is quite fast, and there is no sotonism in the first seconds of loading. But Google still thinks that this file is blocking the page from loading. Has anyone come across this, what could be the issue?

The paid version of the JCH Optimize Pro plugin does an excellent job of optimizing a site on Joomla 3 for the Google Page Speed service.

Google PageSpeed for almost all sites shows the same thing.

Ignore PageSpeed. Sensible recommendations from him relate to the server response time and regarding images. For more detail, you can use GTMetrix , but even then don't twist your arms trying to score 100/100
