Moreover, some of the products are accepted in conditions of a cozy acceptance, where the base is already ready and everything is done, some are accepted by engineers in the car "on the run", where there is no time and the possibility of paperwork., Another part is accepted in random places by couriers, where, well, there are no conditions at all, to enter orders into the database is not. All this is restored in the evening at the planning meeting, of course, but it takes a lot of time and effort. Either excavations in telephone call logs (and each courier has 50-80 of them per day), then scraps of some papers. Tell me, help me. How to build a competent accounting system for each of the employees individually and the company as a whole.

I would lean towards 1C, there are already standard solutions for service centers that can be taken as a basis, plus 1C has a mobile platform that will make it possible to make solutions for the phone, which will be exchanged with the central base. It's much cheaper than developing from scratch.
