Which CRM system to choose for a small project?

Good evening, it's me again. In general, for a small project, I need to choose a crm system, but I can’t sleep or spirit what and how to choose. In general, I'm interested in something like zoho crm (I just once worked with it, that's sunk into my soul) or amocrm (recently noticed). It would be cool if the system could do the following:
1. It is free for 1-3 employees, with some restrictions, but not by the number of entries made, as implemented in zoho
2. It could integrate with popular mail services and possibly with google aps. Well, the more opportunities in this regard, the cooler
3. Had a mobile client (optional)
4. Would allow you to create your own fields
5. Would have a built-in calendar and notes
6. Would filter data according to specified criteria
7. Well, the rest is cool and fashionable (having read the Internet, I still haven’t figured out what crm means cool and fashionable. Everyone pulls the blanket over themselves)
Of course, I can independently look through all the systems or scroll through the ratings by choosing the most popular, but I would like to learn about real experience and experience with this or that crm, with all its jambs and pluses.
I understand that it is not possible to get a functional product for free, but it would be cool to have at least something close to the one described.
Thank you!
Ps By the way, I'm still interested in this question. Is there a system that could independently synchronize my database with the Android phone book, for the subsequent ability to determine the number of the calling company and display its name on the screen in case of a call.

Take any "constructor" (framework) or write yourself.
Your requirements are not rational: "I need cool on all counts - tell me a freebie!"
I’m silent about the freebie :) (everything is like that here)
But about the requirements for the CRM system - think about the thread better ... (with schematics)
So far, the situation according to your TK is this:
99.999999% - code yourself (hire)
0.0000001% - find the engine.

Start simple, if you don't know exactly what you want, with Excel. More precisely, from its online versions in the form of Excel Online (Microsoft) or Spreadsheets (Google Docs). There will be no organizer, bundles with ip-telephony and other fashionable goodies. But it is easily customizable for your specific tasks. When you sketch out all the information you need for work in the tablets, it will not be difficult to choose and switch to the use of narrowly focused systems.
If you immediately start with cloud CRM, you may find that something is missing, something is not convenient, etc. Of the free "CRM" I've seen, I would not call any CRM at all - so, the customer base. A really good product from 1C (not Bitrix). There you can analyze serious things.

There are so many advertisements here, I think everyone should decide for himself what he needs from the CRM. For myself, I prioritized simplicity and a funnel. for me, the most important thing for now is to track the sales funnel, I reviewed a lot of CRMs. including amo crm, and bitrix24, and others. I don’t know if I’m stupid or something else, but it seemed to me very difficult. I thought that if this is difficult for me, then my employees will definitely not conduct the SRM properly. then I found clientobox.ru, looked at everything in 2-3 hours, set it up for myself, trained employees and fully implemented it. You can continue to try different SRMs, which will be very commendable, we will listen to your feedback, but for now I haven’t found a better SRM for myself. firstly, it is free for the first month, and secondly, it costs only 10 rubles a day. all success in business)))
