Todo with the ability to set ongoing/recurring tasks?

Are there any todo services in nature with the ability to create ongoing and recurring tasks, similar to Todoist (is it possible to set "every weekday" and the task will not be created on weekends)?
Premium from Todoist does not suit you with payment for a year at once (I would like it by months or quarters).
