How to organize payment in USD for an online store?

I made an online store on Woocommerce for selling small souvenirs abroad, and I need to accept payments from different countries in USD, first of all - from customers from the USA.
I am a citizen of Russia, but the sales are small, and I need to register a legal entity in the Russian Federation, convert currency into rubles, etc. - not desirable for me.
Ideally, connect PayPal, Stripe or another international payment system to the site.
In order to register a PayPal/Stripe business account, I registered as a Sole Proprietor in the USA and received the corresponding EIN. I also have a Payoneer card, PObox address, US phone number.
But since March 2019, American payment providers began to require SSN, and only Americans have it.
Switching to an LLC is expensive and problematic.
What can I do to somehow start accepting payments in the online store? But so that the client does not have to register somewhere specially, but so that he can pay with a bank card. Even if not on the store page, but with a redirect somewhere.
If there is still a way to tie PayPal / Stripe, for example, through a legal entity in Estonia or somewhere else besides the Russian Federation - that would be generally super!
Thanks in advance to everyone for your help! If someone else is going through a similar situation - I would be glad to meet you for a joint discussion of similar issues in the future.

google about ITIN, it's easier to get, it replaces SSN.
Stripe is also asked to prove your address in the US (show a utility bill with an address, etc.)
Even if you manage to initially complete this quest without arriving in the US, it’s not a fact that you won’t be blocked later
on opening a company in other countries, approximately the same problems will arise

Registering a foreign company is easy.
But in order to open a bank account, as a rule, you need to fly to the country where the company is registered.
To connect the acceptance of card payments, you need to go through the security service and prove the address of the location in the country where the company is registered.

on acceptance of currency in the Russian Federation
In the Russian Federation, an individual can be accepted via paypal = 3.9% standard commission + 1-2% additional commission for cross-border payment + 4-5% you will lose on converting other currencies into rubles (Paypal gives a bad conversion rate)
Paypal supports 20+ currencies .
You can connect https://www.2checkout.com but they have their own special conditions for payments and can withhold some% of the proceeds for several months to insure risks from chargeback. And they can, and just do, with any suspicion, freeze the money and not give it back. Supports about 100 currencies.
If you register as an individual entrepreneur / LLC, you can connect to Alfabank to accept payments in other currencies with conversion into rubles at the Central Bank rate - a commission of about 4%. They support 30+ currencies for which there is an official exchange rate of the Central Bank. You can also connect through their partner Cloudpayments, they have more options for integration and good conversion

It is also possible through a legal entity in Estonia)

use billing, not a merchant
, alas,
you can start more expensive with 2checkout, for small ones there are still options
for beginners not with SSN there will be large and long holds ,
but all this pays off with the passability of cards, in the Russian Federation there will be no such for Amer cards
