There are branches and subsidiaries, and there are independent offices that are engaged in custom development. As in any business, the most difficult customers are the first ones. Those whom I know started with a personal acquaintance with a potential customer. It happens in different ways: acquaintances at exhibitions, conferences, while on vacation abroad, acquaintances who have gone abroad. If you do everything perfectly, then the client becomes permanent and throws up work. Then other clients follow the recommendations.
In general, outsourcing of custom development in North America and Europe is quite in demand due to the low cost and good quality of Russian development. But you need to keep in mind that the competition for the Russians in this regard is made up of programmers from Belarus, Ukraine and India.
