How to organize broadcasting at the factory?

Good evening!
There is a developed demonstration presentation with dynamic online content of the monitoring system for the operation of CNC machine tools of the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant enterprise.
This presentation must be broadcast at the plant, and not one-time, but constantly.
The information that the presentation contains is not only static, but also dynamic, that is, changing in real time.
Also, monitors can be located at a sufficiently long distance from each other.
Can you please tell me how to organize such a broadcast? What is needed for this?
As I understand it, in order to organize such a broadcast, you need:

  • high resolution screen;
  • video server;
  • the local network;
  • Personal Computer;
  • information sources.

Maybe I'm wrong, who understands, correct me, what exactly is needed to organize such a broadcast?
If the monitors are far apart, do you need a coaxial cable?
Advise which PC computer to choose, which video server, if not difficult up to the company or links.
I am doing a report on practice, in which it is necessary to present everything necessary for the organization of the broadcast.

I think that such a solution will suit you - VLC desktop video broadcast over a local network .
Or, specify the task, indicating why broadcasting via VLC will not suit you.

Not enough information. It is not clear what is already available. What is meant by the presentation venue, workshops or offices? What is meant by monitors, only monitors or full-fledged computers? If full-fledged computers, is there Internet access? Permanent broadcast - is it 24 hours a day or with a constant frequency? Does the screen mean a white canvas for a projector or a monitor? Why do you think that a "regular" resolution screen will not suffice?
Some of the questions I asked may seem strange, but in fact each of them affects the answer.

The presentation venue is offices or just premises, but not workshops. By monitors, I mean computers. Constantly 24 hours. Monitor, not a white canvas, the projector does not roll.

Take large TVs (better that they turn on themselves) and Android whistles , and there you can already make a web presentation, even a video broadcast, even an application.
