How to set the screen resolution to 2560x1440 if it is not in windows 10 settings?

I bought a 27-inch monitor, connected it to a laptop and let's set it up, but in the additional screen parameters I found that I don’t have anything higher than 1920x1080, and the setup process stopped)

It was like that, we managed to get 2K resolution only through a DisplayPort cable. On another PC, it also started via HDMI, the video adapter is the problem.

If you have Intel, then in the "graphic characteristics" -> "display" -> drop-down menu on the word "display" -> "custom permissions" you can configure your permissions.
