What is the response time of the LCD matrix enough for gaming? Is 12ms Enough?

I'm thinking about purchasing Viewsonic VP2770 (IPS matrix, 27 inches). His response time is embarrassing - 12ms ...
Will there be blurring in super-dynamic scenes of games or movies?

THIS IS ALL MARKETING.
Like, here you buy a monitor with a response of 3 ms and you will shoot better, movies will be faster, fie on them.
Here is an ordinary CRT monitor of the 2000s, it’s even quite good, here you have 120 Hertz, here you have “Pure RGB”, and everyone “Dragged” in games, everyone photoshopped successfully.
And you are here with your 6 ms.
Buy a regular wide monitor and you'll be happy.

You take TFTTest or Nokia monitor test, in some of them there is a matrix response test, and there you evaluate the transition loop by moving objects. Some monitors claim 8ms, and there is such a loop that all 30 can be given.
