How to organize a webinar?
I am looking for help and advice on the technical organization of an online course.
1. Lectures in video mode with the ability to show slides.
2. Video recording of lessons and uploading them to YouTube.
3. Distribution of materials for lessons.
I know about a dozen non-linear editing programs, from Sony Vegas to Windows MovieMaker, but for sure there is some more humane solution, perhaps OpenSource, perhaps more advanced but within Videocast (for example, export to iTunes, a convenient archive with tags for the author video, etc.).
I would be very grateful for advice.

Now there is a Livecoding.tv resource that allows you to demonstrate the development process to everyone. I saw that they have "Paid Broadcast" options. They also make videos.
The program used for broadcasting is open source. Works by capturing the desktop, but allows you to overlay webcam video in a window. I also saw a broadcast organized by some company, they have a view from the room, not the desktop.
