What alternatives to YouTube are there to upload 4K 60FPS videos?

Maybe there are other services or clouds that can display the video player by link? Or maybe I can output via hosting using a player on my domain?

Responsible for hosting. Not right away, there will be a lot of traffic and a solid screw is needed. Hosting is for small projects and there can be a 1Gbps channel for 1000 sites. Those who load heavily or transfer to a more expensive tariff, or kick out
If a VPS with a good disk or Dedicate Server is suitable on their domain. This is in the region of 5 to 40 euros.
But if you have a solid amount of traffic there, you will have to pay extra. On cheap VPS they give like 1-2TB, on dedicate server 30TB (hetzner.de) outgoing. For streaming and delivery for more than 10 people, 30TB under [email protected] conditions is a drop in the bucket.
Other services may exist, but hardly anyone will give such a quality for free. Everything depends on outgoing traffic. Google has its own channels and it's essentially free for them
Also, do not forget that you will have to do HLS when filling. If this is not a stream, then you will either need to encode on your home computer or come up with something else
