Good day to all.
How can I make a broadcast on YouTube, while safely turning off the computer? Can this be done on VDS or in other ways?

A stream is just a transfer of bytes to a server. Yes, you can on VDS.
If it's simple - rent a VDS and put Windows there, download obs and stream whatever you want.
