The project is developing, and you need to shift managerial functions from your shoulders to the employee.
What I need: for a person, seeing a number on the site (preferably 8 (800)) to call and get to the manager.
At the same time, the manager will be geographically located in my city, but will work remotely. Calls will go from all over Russia. Less often, the manager will call himself.
It is important for me to see at least simple reporting - after how many seconds the manager answers, whether he answers.

Since the employee is a freelancer, communication must be carried out through the web interface and / or smartphone.
And yes, it hasn't been legalized yet. Accordingly, we need a service that works with physicists.
