A ready-made solution for organizing calls to one number and subsequent forwarding?

Good afternoon!
There is a simple task:
You need to call one specific number from 100 phone numbers, and if one of the 100 is answered, then forward it to my phone. (the embassy records on certain days and about 1000 people try to call there at the same time, I want the script to call, and I just received an incoming one with success).
Are there any SaaS solutions? I don't really want to install Asterisk and buy a pool of numbers.
