How to connect phone 2 to cisco SPA 122?

There is a cisco spa122 gateway.
Phone 1 works, phone 2 doesn't. According to the settings, both accounts are registered. Both lights on the gateway are on.
I think the solution is simple, I looked through the documentation, I did not find anything.

Not enough information to draw any conclusions. I hope Line Enable is set to "yes"

The settings are exactly the same. One has port 5060, the other has 5061, it is also written on the asterisk.
