What should I do if some left-wing company mistakenly put forwarding from 495 to my cell?

In the last couple of months, calls have been coming to my mobile from Moscow number 495, the conversation starts with “hello, is this the Union of Veterans Private Security Company?” (I forgot the exact name, but it’s definitely a private security company and something with veterans).
This number 495 is indicated on the website of the private security company, and if you call it, the calls really come to my mobile. Apparently, they messed up something with the redirect.
How to deal with it? Can I find out by the number whose services the company uses (for example, the same Mango Telecom) and write to them already? I don’t understand telephony at all, but I would like to draw an analogy with domains (for example, hosting can be recognized by a domain name).
Do not write about adding a number to the black list, I want to solve the problem in the bud.

Are there really no contacts other than a phone number on the site?

Call your operator and ask what to do, if not, then write a complaint to the consumer, they have solutions
