How to organize a shared address book on a Win2k7R2 terminal without AD, Oulook 2003?

There is a terminal server without AD , on which Outlook 2003 is installed, mail is pulled up via IMAP for RDP users. How can they organize a common address book?

Thank you. But for the sake of organizing an address book of 30 addresses, I don’t want to deploy an ldap server. More solutions? isn't it easier?
